What it does
When you beat your best on an exercise, the recap at the end of your visit comes with one picture. It shows your best set at each visit over the last 12 weeks, with today’s visit as the big green dot, the best you had before as a dashed line, and how much you went up. With two or three records in one visit, the picture has a small chart for each, the biggest jump first. Every other record of the visit gets a small tile under the charts, with the set (for example 45 kg × 6) and how much it beat your best, so the picture shows every record the recap names. You can also ask for the picture of one exercise on any day.
How to use it
- At the gym, tell Earlie your sets as usual, then say “done”.
- Earlie sends the recap with 🏆 for each record, then the picture.
- On any day, ask “show me my leg curl progress” and get one picture and one sentence.
Limits
- An exercise needs at least 3 earlier visits in the last 12 weeks for a chart. With fewer, its record is a tile in the picture. A visit whose records all have fewer visits gets no picture; the recap names them.
- An exercise done for the first time, or one with no weight (body weight), gets no picture.
- At most three charts in one picture. Any other record is a tile, so the picture shows them all.
- On a machine that helps you, the picture shows the help: less help is higher, so up is always better.
- If the picture cannot be drawn in a few seconds, you get the recap as usual.
