What it does
When you ask “how am I doing?”, Earlie sends one picture and one short message. The picture shows your weight over the last 4 weeks against your goal, your calories for each of the last 7 full days against your target, and three small counts: days with enough protein, gym visits and steps a day. The one sentence under it names the biggest thing to change this week. Ask again later and you get a fresh picture. The same picture ends your weekly look back.
How to use it
- Ask “how am I doing?”, “how’s my data looking?” or “cum stau?”.
- Earlie sends the picture and one sentence under it.
- Answer the sentence like any message, for example to ask for a plan for the evenings.
Limits
- Today is not in the picture: the week shows only full days.
- With no weigh-in for 4 weeks, or fewer than 3 days of food, the picture says so and guesses nothing.
- If you do not track food or steps, that part is left out.
- If your plan is built around a health condition, there is no picture: Earlie answers in words.
- If the picture cannot be made, you get the same answer in words.
- The picture follows your language, numbers too: 82.7 kg in English, 82,7 kg in Romanian.
